Find the correct fit!
A general guideline for gymnastics hand loops based on wrist circumference is below. Always check the specific manufacturer's sizing chart for the most accurate fit, as each brand has its own unique measurements. Since our Loops are padded, use the chart below for accurate fitting. Note that the size might be slightly different from non-padded loops.
To get an accurate measurement, use a flexible measuring tape or a piece of string and wrap it around the boney part of your wrist. Note that hand loops are not designed to fit tightly, so if you are in-between sizes, it is often best to size up to the next full size, but for handguards, the smaller size is usually recommended as the leather will stretch with use.
| Loop Size | Wrist Circumference | Recommended For |
|---|---|---|
| 26cm | Up to 13cm | Small hands / Junior gymnasts |
| 27cm | 13–14cm | Small–Medium hands |
| 28cm | 14–15cm | Medium hands |
| 29cm | 15–16cm | Medium–Large hands |
| 30cm | 16–17cm | Large hands |
| 31cm | 17cm+ | Extra Large hands / Senior gymnasts |
To find your size, measure the circumference of your wrist at its widest point and match it to the chart above.
Important Note: This size chart serves as a general guide only; fit may vary on the size of the hand and the wrist. For the best fit, we suggest measuring a comfortable pair of loops from your gym, comparing that to our chart, or asking your coach for advice.
SAFETY WARNING: For your safety, loops should be replaced at the first sign of wear. Please stop using them immediately and replace them if any damage is visible.
